Costa Brava & Barcelona

Urban meets Mediterranean: close to the city yet in an exclusive resort location. Particularly popular for executive retreats.

Andalusia

Cultural depth and uniqueness: wine resorts, historic palaces, flamenco evenings. For events that demand a cultural experience.

Ibiza & Formentera

Exclusive and unexpected: Far less party, far more premium retreats for small leadership teams (10-60 people).

Canary Islands (Tenerife, Gran Canaria)

Bookable all year round – ideal for winter retreats and Q1 kick-offs when Northern Europe is gray.

Costa Blanca

Insider tip: Less well-known, excellent resorts, cheaper to book, no seasonal bottlenecks yet.

The cost of a resort buyout in Spain depends on the size of the property, the region and the season. As a guide: smaller boutique resorts (20-40 rooms) can be booked exclusively from around EUR 10,000-30,000 per night; larger properties cost correspondingly more. For medium-sized groups (50-150 people), a buyout is often cheaper than a comparable classic event location if you add up rooms, catering and transfers. RENT-A-RESORT® acts as an intermediary free of charge and provides a customized price indication.

Mallorca is the most popular incentive destination in Spain – excellent infrastructure, high-quality resorts and easy accessibility from the entire DACH region. Andalusia scores with its cultural depth and uniqueness (wine resorts, historic palaces). The Canary Islands are recommended for winter incentives (October to April). Ibiza is ideal for smaller management teams (10-60 people) looking for exclusivity and an exceptional ambience.

For the high season (May-October) we recommend a lead time of at least 6-12 months. In the low season (November-April, excluding public holidays), bookings can also be made at shorter notice, 2-4 months in advance. RENT-A-RESORT® knows the current availabilities and checks them immediately after your request.

RENT-A-RESORT® specializes in arranging exclusive hotel and resort buyouts and accompanies you through the entire booking process – from the initial inquiry to the signing of the contract. For the actual event planning on site, we work together with experienced event planners on request and can make appropriate recommendations.

Yes, not every buyout requires a large house. Our Spain collection includes resorts with 10 rooms or more (approx. 20 people) – ideal for management retreats, small management teams or exclusive team retreats. The charm of a small boutique resort, exclusively for your team, is often more effective than an impersonal conference hotel.
